Monday-Friday-----The students are looking at the different family of instruments---woodwinds, brass, strings percussion, keyboard.  They will be abe to recognize them by sight and by sound.

11/9-11/13---Monday-Review for test on instruments

                  Tuesday--TEST

                  Wed-Fri---The students will work on reading, playing, and singing dotted quarter notes 

                                 followed by an eighth rest or eighth note along with other notes and rest. 

11/16-11/20----Monday--review 2/4 and 6/8 time and perform patterns correctly

                     Tuesday---The student will build major and minor scales using whole and half steps

                     Wednesday---The student will identify accidentals in music

                    Thursday----Review for TEST

                      Friday----TEST
